So if any single hard drive for your Bewakingscamera in that RAID fails, you can pull that bad hard drive out and the computer still stays functional. You put a new hard drive in and it does something called “rebuilding the array” and you just go on with your life.
The computer or the server never shuts down when you have your Bewakingscamera connected to it. So this is RAID.The last thing that you see in servers is ECC RAM, that’s Error Checking, something, RAM. Most RAM that you put into your computer, a normal desktop computer, frankly is what I put in my servers. ECC RAM is terribly expensive and I don’t see the purpose but, what can I tell you. What this does is when you normally boot up your computer, your computer normally boots up and it just accepts the RAM that’s in there for what it is and you go on with your life.
